Under the leadership of Dr. Moore, ECP used the 360 coaching.  Management did a self-assessment but also received feedback from peers, subordinates and supervisors to provide holistic views of individual strengths and weaknesses to ensure effective leadership.

Teams were built that encompassed everyone in the organization. This concept allowed management to work alongside customer service, scheduling, production and shipping encouraging connection between employees.  This diverse team concept helped everyone have a full understanding of the process and encouraged everyone to share ideas for improvement. 

We saw a commitment to goals and confidence built across the organization.  This method was extremely effective in strengthening our organization by establishing a team concept not only within the organization but with customers and vendors as well.
